All what you need is:
- scissors
- photo frame
- a piece of textile, tulle or lace ....
- tape
take off the frame, and turn the paper around between the wood and the glass, and put the tulle before the glass. Cut around the textile, and fix it with sticky tape
And hang it up

You can still step up ...
Stick the quilling flowers, and some stripes, with some glue. Have lot of fun as you make your own jewellery holder.
